Let's obsess!
Ok, someone on one of my boards thought it looked like the guy on the right has split in two. So, here is the picture again (click on it for a bit higher resolution.) What do you all think?
Just to be crystal clear, that'd mean TRIPLET BOYS. Oh, the irony...
3 clomid cycles: BFN 1 clomid IUI: BFN 1 injectible IUI cycle w/ follistim: BFN details: had 4 follicles w/ the meds, hormones crashed during the 2ww and it was a 21 day cycle. 1st IVF/ICSI cycle w/ menopur, bravelle: BFN details: stimmed for 12 days, had 10 follicles, 7 had eggs, 4 mature, 2 able to fertilize 2 Day transfer of 1 2 cell grade B and 1 4 cell grade A embryos. 2nd IVF/ICSI cycle w/ menopur, bravelle, AH: BFN details: stimmed for 16 days, had 14 follicles, 12 had eggs, 8 mature, 6 able to fertilize 3 Day transfer of 3 8 cell grade B embryos.
3rd IVF/ICSI cycle, CGH testing, ER ONLY w/ repronex, gonal-f:
details:stimmed for 14 days, 14 eggs retrieved, 12 mature, all 12 fertilized with ICSI, 3 made it to blastocyst stage and were biopsied (for CGH) and then frozen.
Frozen Embryo Transfer
details: estrogen supression, progesterone support with prometrium. No PIO! We transferred 2 6day blastocysts, one was already hatching.
Why it didn't work
Me: poor responder, poor egg quality, low ovarian reserve, low antral follical count (3-5), very constricted uterine blood flow (50%), high FSH (11) and AMH (1.1).
